Christmas Cooking

Of course there was non-diabetic baking over the month of December. Claire and I made Spritz Cookies in the shapes of Christmas trees and wreaths, then we made Ginger Snaps, Fudge and Egg Nog Fudge (it was not very good), but there are no pictures. We were having too much funny making and eating for pictures. But then for Christmas morning I made cinnamon rolls from scratch. It was fun and it might be a new tradition. Here is a picture of the left over rolls.
