Read the Labels

Knowing that, as a diabetic, I am mostly worried about the carb count, which do you think I will be buying from now? I feel like I wasted my carbs and my money by not checking this before I got it home and in my bowl.


It is hard to see because of the flash, but fat content for the one below is 3.5 g
Yes, the fat and calories are lower in the No Sugar Added ice cream, but as far as carbs and insulin, required these are the same. For me and an occasional treat, I think it is worth the real stuff.
